The series is equipped with bass-midrange units which utilize a natural fibre cone fabricated to a precise formula and are specially treated to enhance midrange clarity. In the center of the cone is a phase plug that improves high frequency response and ensures seamless transfer of sound through the crossover region to the treble unit. The 1inch tweeter is made up of transparent silk dome and complements the drivers. The crossover is simple but effective, it ensures on-axis and off-axis performance over a wide listening area.

Wharfedale is proud to introduce its new entry level AV systems Quartz. Quartz consists of a one floorstander, one bookshelf and one centre speaker. It is designed to integrate well with Wharfedale S8 and S10 subwoofers to give a complete and enhanced 5.1 AV system.
